As we cater for 3 ages over 1 size bracket, please keep in mind the length and fit will depend on her height and body type. If your mini me is on the younger age of the sizing bracket, the leggings will be a little big allowing her to grow into them, If your mini is on the older end and is above your average height the legging may end up being a 7/8 fit. If you are looking for a full length, we would suggest sizing up.

Do you offer complimentary shopping?

For all our sisters living in Sunny South Africa we offer complimentary shipping on all orders R1350.00 For orders below R1350.00 there is a standard R105.00 charge in Gauteng and R125.00 in all other Provinces. -

Do you offer a click and collect

Yes we do, for those who would like to pop in a collect we offer a collection options which can be selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for collection.

Does positive pants accept returns and exchanges?

We most certainly do however please take the time to read our returns policy below so that you are familiar with what options are available to you, should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to thoroughly check the item as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if there are any problems. If you have any questions or need further clarity on anything mentioned below, send us an email on enquiries@positivepants.co.za

Did you receive a damaged or faulty item?

Firstly, we are really sorry to hear this! Although very unlikely, these things unfortunately can happen. If you have received an item that is damaged or appears to have a manufacturing fault, please take note of the following:

• You are required to contact enquiries@positivepants.co.za within 7 days of your delivery with full details of the fault or damage and attach clear pictures or proof of the defect.
• Once received by our team, we will conduct a thorough investigation and if accepted, we will pay the return cost and refund you the money or send you a replacement item within 5-7 working days of us receiving the returned item back.

Do you need to return something?

Ah damn, we are so sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase and truth be told, returns on an online store can be a bit of a nuisance…

However have no fear when positive pants is near, we’ve totally got your back on this one.

Our team has worked super hard to ensure an easy and efficient returns process.

• If you would like to lodge a return, kindly contact us on enquiries@positivepants.co.za within 14 days of your delivery.
• Please take note - we do not currently offer exchanges, only refunds or gift vouchers to the value of the purchase, excluding shipping fees paid.
• Item(s) you want to return must be unworn & unwashed. Free of stains, odours and any signs of wear. Item(s) cannot be returned if the label has been cut/removed and must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note - if your items do not meet the above requirements, we may not approve your return.

• The shipping cost to return the item to us will be at your own expense. We recommend you using a tracked service to return the item and obtain proof of postage, we do not accept responsibility for item(s) lost, damaged or in transit.
• We do not refund the original shipping fees and you will have to pay shipping for the replacement item you choose.
• Please ensure when sending an item back to us that your full name and order number reflects on the parcel.
• We must receive the items back within 14 days of our confirmation of the approved return.
