Do you offer complimentary shopping?

For all our sisters living in Sunny South Africa we offer complimentary shipping on all orders R1350.00.
How long does shipping take and what are the shipping costs?

Shipping time varies by location. All orders within Gauteng, will incur a standard shipping charge of R105.00, the turn around time for deliveries on this service is 3 to 4 working days. All other orders within South Africa will incur a R125.00 shipping charge and can expect a turn around time of 3 to 7 working days. Please note we do not dispatch orders over weekends and over public holidays. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on the following working day. Due to service and delivery times, kindly note as from 01/12/2022 only Courier Guy will be used.

Do you offer a click and collect

Yes we do, for those who would like to pop in a collect we offer a collection options which can be selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for collection.

Do you only ship outside of South Africa?

With our goal to grow our sisterhood and spread a little positivity all over the globe, we have partnered up with the DHL who currently ships to over 200 countries around the world. Should you be ordering outside of South Africa, follow the process to checkout where your shipping charges will be calculated according to the size of your orders as well as the place of delivery. There are however some countries that are a little harder to reach which unfortunately we are unable to ship to however should you reside in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?

Luckily if you reside in South Africa there will be no additional charges however should you be purchasing from another country additional charges such as duties and vat could be applicable. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we are not responsible for any custom fees or Vat charges once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent those one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Do you provide tracking information?

Most definitely, once your order has been processed and a quality check completed you will receive an email that contains your tracking information for you to track the status of your order. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “Submitted to carrier”, what now?

Sometimes the tracking information can take up to 24hours to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
General notes on delivery:

Whilst we do try our best to provide the fastest and best delivery times, sometimes certain events beyond our control can cause delays to deliveries. Should your parcel take a little bit longer than our suggested turnaround times please get in contact with us. The courier services unfortunately do not make deliveries over weekends and public holidays.
