Join Monie and Roxie and we follow the lovely Lauren as she guides us through a virtual stretch class. A class dedicated to building a love for your body and exploring what your body is capable of. Whether you are just starting or you can already touch your toes these classes have been designed for all levels.
What do you get?
* 1 x 30 to 40 min guided stretch class
* Access to our private facebook group for a little bit of inspiration
Because we know stretching cold muscles is a big NO NO, we are going to throw in a complimentary workout to warm those muscles up prior to the class. This will be posted at the beginning of the month on the facebook page in a pdf format.
Times & Dates:
Tuesday and Thursday classes will be hosted at 17h30
Saturday mornings class will be hosted at 9h00
Should you be unable to attend a class, don't worry honey we have you covered. There will be a recorded video which will be made available to you to follow in your own time.
What you will need to bring for the class:
A theraband if you have, otherwise a long towel will do
